ViaSat Inc. is supplying its Edge Access Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) system to Grupo TVSA of Argentina, enabling the CATV and broadband Internet provider to offer triple play services. LightSquared and InterGlobe Communications, a business integrated service provider, announced that they have entered into a multi-year wholesale agreement. Under this agreement, InterGlobe will become a wholesale customer on LightSquared’s 4G-LTE network. InterGlobe will add high-speed mobile data and satellite services to its range of business communications solutions that include VoIP, high-speed Internet, video teleconferencing and IP telephony services. Atlanta based Southeastrans works with government agencies to provide non-emergency medical transport for Medicare and Medicaid recipients. AT&T announced a pilot program with Southeastrans to equip its 700+ drivers with tablets.
