–RBC Capital Markets lowered its price target on Palm to $5 from $6 after the company reported a slight revenue miss on its third-quarter results.
–RBC Capital Markets lowered its price target on Nortel Networks to $7 from $10 based on changes to its model. The firm also lowered its estimates on Nortel to EPS of 39 cents from $1.02 for 2008 and to 94 cents from $1.24 for 2009.
