LOS ANGELES-Wireless gaming publisher Jamdat Mobile Inc. filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of common stock. The company, which has agreements to distribute its application in 38 countries through 72 wireless carriers, said it has yet to determine the number of shares or pricing of the offer, and it will issue and sell a portion of the shares with another portion sold by certain stockholders.
Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering, and UBS Investment Bank will serve as joint lead manager.
