LOS ALTOS, Calif.-PhatWare Corp., a mobile and desktop computer software and services company, said it has renamed its HPC Notes organization tool for Microsoft Windows Mobile-based Pocket PCs and desktop PCs. The product’s new name is PhatNotes, which the company said reflects the product’s shift away from handheld PCs toward Microsoft Windows Mobile-based devices.
In addition, PhatNotes now includes productivity improvements such as support for Microsoft Outlook 2003 and PhatWare’s PhatPad ink-based notes organizer.
