OREM, Utah-QComm International Inc., provider of prepaid transaction processing and electronic point-of-sale distribution solutions, announced Terry Kramer, who has served as interim president of the company since last November, will become full-time chief executive officer and president.
Kramer has more than 15 years of experience with wireless technology companies, including executive positions at Vodafone/AirTouch and PacTel Corp., and advisory and board member positions at companies including 724 Solutions, FiberTower and Sonim Technologies.
