HELSINKI, Finland-Nokia, in anticipation of next week’s 3GSM World Congress in Cannes, France, enforced its view that operations outsourcing in the mobile network infrastructure business is instrumental in helping operators achieve savings in operations expenditures and better focus on their customers.
According to Nokia, mobile operators can achieve savings of 20 percent in network operation expenditures through outsourcing. “Nokia encourages mobile operators to take a close look at the benefits of operations outsourcing,” said J.T. Bergqvist, senior vice president and general manager of business units and networks at Nokia.
