KIRKLAND, Wash.-Nextel Partners Inc. reported that its registration statement covering the sale of selling security holders of its 1.5-percent senior convertible notes due 2008 and shares of Class A common stock have been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Nextel Partners added that it would not receive any proceeds from sale of the notes or common stock.
