ST. JOHN’S, Antigua-Nortel Networks said it has signed a contract with Antigua Public Utilities Authority PCS to deploy a GPRS network for the carrier.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Under a new supply agreement, Nortel Networks will implement its complete wireless data network solution, upgrading the operator’s existing GSM infrastructure to enable delivery of value-added services that can help APUA PCS drive new revenue opportunities,” said Nortel.
