Samsung shows handsets at CES

LAS VEGAS-Samsung Telecommunications America released new wireless handsets at the CES show in Las Vegas this week.

The SGH-v205, a clamshell-designed wireless phone, features an embedded digital camera, a color display and MMS capability. “This is a feature-packed phone that places convenience in the hands of consumers,” said Peter Skarzynski, senior vice president of wireless terminals for Samsung.

Samsung also released an upgraded version of its i300 wireless device, the i330 Palm Powered phone, which operates as a third-generation wireless phone and a Palm OS handheld device.
