LONDON-LogicaCMG plc announced the merger between Logica plc and CMG plc is now complete.
“We are very pleased that the merger has completed on our original schedule so that we can begin the new trading year of 2003 as a single group,” said Cor Stutterheim, the new company’s non-executive chairman. “A lot of planning and hard work has gone on in the run up to Christmas so that we can integrate our businesses rapidly and successfully and thereby seize the opportunities that the merger offers the enlarged group, our customers and our staff.”
