Brasil Telecom chooses Netonomy for CRM

BOSTON-Brasil Telecom announced it will use Netonomy’s entire product suite for its customer relationship management programs.

The carrier will use Netonomy’s NetService Center, NetService Center Business Edition and Channel Activator to improve its customer acquisition, service and management capabilities.

“”We are confident that it will reliably provide high-performing customer self service to all our customers and partners,” said Waldeck Araujo, Brasil Telecom’s chief information officer.
