SCHAUMBURG, Ill.—Taiyo Yuden Co. Ltd. said it was chosen as Bluetooth module supplier for Microsoft Corp.’s next-generation wireless keyboard and mouse systems.
The company will manufacture the modules with Microsoft’s human interface device (HID) profile embedded on flash memory, which should, according to Taiyo Yuden, reduce the circuit complexity of Microsoft’s wireless HID system.
