ATLANTA-TWS Inc. said it formed a subsidiary TWS Ltd., headquartered in London, to provide voice and data messaging to the United Kingdom and the European market.
TWS UK will handle corporate sales of TWS’ bulletIN product family of two-way messaging solutions, including wireless e-mail, information and schedule reminders, and will provide support of the bulletIN software.
