LAS VEGAS-Beepers Plus Inc. announced its board of directors approved a stock buyback plan of up to 2 percent of its outstanding shares. The company said the move will take advantage of the company’s undervalued stock price in anticipation of future mergers and acquisitions. Beeper Plus, soon to be renamed Maven Sports Page Inc., is a sports news information company targeting the gambling consumer.
