NEW YORK-Price Communications Corp. said it added 20,429 new cellular subscribers during the second quarter, compared with 12,607 new subscribers during the second quarter of 1997.
The company’s total subscriber base reached about 347,000 subscribers at the end of the quarter, compared with 280,000 during the same period last year.
