ATLANTA-Global Affinity Paging Inc. formed a partnership with Houston Spectrum Associates to provide local, regional and nationwide numeric and alphanumeric paging services in Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz., through Global Affinity’s SkyComm Paging subsidiary.
Houston Spectrum owns an Interactive Video Data Services license in Houston, one of two such licenses constructed and operational in the United States, said the company.
Global Affinity owns and manages SkyComm Paging. The company’s Affinity Marketing program consists of jointly marketing its services with credit card issuers such as banking and financial institutions, oil and gas companies and sports teams.
