SAN ANTONIO-SBC Communications Inc. completed an agreement to form a Swiss telecommunications company to compete with Switzerland’s Telecom Post, Telephone and Telegraph when the market opens to competition in January 1998.
Diax, the new company, is a joint venture partnership including SBC and Switzerland’s six largest electric utilities.
