TORONTO-Rogers Cantel Inc. reached an agreement to provide analog roaming services to Clearnet Communications Inc. when Clearnet launches its Code Division Multiple Access personal communications services network later this year.
Part of the cellular carrier’s condition for receiving a PCS license required that the new entrants have the ability to roam on an analog cellular network.
