BETHESDA, Md.-Comsat Mobile Communications has introduced prepaid calling cards for businesses wishing to offer satellite telephone personal calling privileges to employees or contractors at remote locations. The cards eliminate the need for a home office to reconcile monthly satcom invoices or collect payments from multiple users, the company said.
The cards, offered in 20-and 100-unit denominations, work with Comsat-A, M and B voice calls, can be used anytime, anywhere and are debited at a fixed, fully terminated rate regardless of the destination of the call.
