NEW YORK-Republic Communications Corp. completed its acquisition of New York Metro Page Inc., which holds a private carrier paging license in the New York metropolitan area.
New York Metro Page, which will be renamed Republic MetroPage Inc., also manages 12 PCP and common carrier paging licenses throughout the East. The acquisition is valued at $550,000.
