NUCLEUS PAGING STATION COME TO LATIN AMERICA

FORT WORTH, Texas – Motorola Inc.’s Global Paging Infrastructure Division introduced its new Nucleus LT paging station, providing Latin America with next-generation paging station technology.

The Nucleus LT transmitter is designed for single site, nonsimulcast, continuous-duty operation and can use radio frequency link, wireline, analog or digital satellite control transmission methods. The system operates on the 900 MHz frequency and on VHF and UHF frequencies in a handful of South American countries and Mexico, Motorola said.

Nucleus uses a modular design, where each function of the radio is a distinct piece for easy upgrades.
