SHILLING RESIGNS AS CEO, PRESIDENT OF INTERDIGITAL

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.- Dr. Donald Schilling has resigned as president and chief executive officer of InterDigital Communications Corp. to pursue other interests.

William Doyle, executive vice president, has been promoted to president. William Burns, chairman of the board, will assume Schilling’s CEO responsibilities. Schilling, the company’s largest shareholder, assumed the president and CEO positions in April at what he referred to as “a critical time in InterDigital’s development.”
