Tracy Ford is an editor with RCR Wireless News. She started with RCR Wireless News in 1990 as a reporter and has been covering the wireless industry ever since. Ford has established herself as an expert in the wireless industry having covered many of its defining moments, including the technology wars, the PCS auctions and the rise of 3G networks. Ford is also a recognized leader in providing thoughtful and insightful commentary on issues impacting the wireless industry and is regularly a moderator of educational panels at industry trade events. A graduate of Minnesota State University – Moorhead, she holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mass Communications.
Harry Martin, Regional Director of Advanced Wireless Data, Verizon Wireless
Harry Martin is the Regional Director of Advanced Wireless Data for Verizon Wireless’ Philadelphia Tri-State Region. In this role, Harry leads a team responsible for overseeing the company’s roll out of the latest, cutting-edge wireless data devices and advanced services and technology, including 4G LTE — which includes the Philadelphia-area as an initial launch market for this next-generation wireless broadband technology. Harry has more than 30 years industry experience, spanning land line telecom and wireless. He has served in positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, customer service, and data solutions sales during his career with Bell Atlantic Mobile, Verizon Wireless’ legacy company, leading up to his current position with Verizon Wireless.
Nader Soliman, Senior RF Manager, T-Mobile
12 years of diverse experience in Radio Frequency Engineering & Operations that includes the design of several thousand wireless sites across the country. In his current role as Senior RF Manager for the Philadelphia, Central PA and Northeast PA markets, he leads all aspects of RF engineering including, the Design and Optimization of over 2200 GSM and 1500 UMTS sites. He is also currently leading the rollout of our HSPA+ network across the markets. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
Arpad Toth, Director, Government Solutions Business Unit, Powerwave Technologies Inc.Arpad Toth manages and drives the efforts behind Powerwave’s global growth strategy and will establish the company’s credibility and help individual product units develop market distribution for existing products via proper channels. Mr. Toth will champion the development and help launch of new products for both existing and new customers. Arpad Toth, is formal senior executive (CTO, CEO, Chairman) of Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, and industry alliances (InteGuard Security Alliance). He has spent his career in industries involved in cutting-edge and innovative technologies such as telecommunications (wired/wireless broadband networks, ISDN, SONET, ATM), digital television, imaging and security.

Laura B. Altschul, Partner/President, WPi Services, LLC
Laura Altschul is a partner with WPi Services, LLC (Wireless Partners), a Seattle-based niche strategic consultancy firm. Laura’s clients are as diverse as Clearwire, T-Mobile, American Tower and ExteNet Systems. An 18 year telecommunications industry veteran, Altschul brings to Wireless Partners her leadership experience as one of the industry’s leading experts in strategic site development, local and state government relations and siting public policy – with an emphasis on conventional and alternative siting. She came to Wireless Partners from the network infrastructure provider ExteNet Systems, Inc. where she was the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Network Policy, serving on the Executive Committee in addition to her government relations/strategic siting and corporate marketing management responsibilities.
Linda C. Martin, President, PC Management, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Keystone Wireless
PCM, through its affiliate Immix Wireless, provides GSM/EDGE services in Central PA. The company was recently awarded a grant through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act’s broadband stimulus program to build a 3G/4G wireless broadband network throughout its market. PCM also provides a suite of managed and hosted mobile and convergence network services to existing and emerging mobile/convergence service providers.

Linda has held numerous positions in the telecom industry. With Alltel Mobile Linda was responsible for developing the company’s cellular and paging businesses. For Bellcore (now Telcordia) Linda led the team that developed business plans and strategies for several carriers including Sprint PCS and AT&T Wireless. With Coherent Communications, Linda was responsible for the company’s global marketing, product development, applications engineering, and technical support areas.

Robert L. Ritter, Manager – DAS Land Use, Crown Castle
Robert L. Ritter is Manager, DAS Land Use for Crown Castle, responsible for obtaining all permits and agreements necessary for construction of Crown Castle DAS networks in the eastern United States. He has been at Crown Castle since 2005, serving previously as a Senior Attorney in the Legal Department focused on tower and DAS development. His legal work for DAS has included franchise and right-of-way agreements, zoning process, customer licenses, land leases, and federal and state regulatory compliance. Bob has over 14 years of experience in the wireless industry, first with Nextel Communications, Inc., and later in private law practice. He holds a B.A. in political science from Bucknell University, and a law degree and master’s degree in American government from the University of Virginia.
Ray Preston Hild, Director, MobileAccess Networks
Ray Preston Hild is currently responsible for Premier Partner development at MobileAccess Inc. He has 19 years experience in the wireless industry and is skilled at crafting solutions for complex in-building wireless requirements. Ray worked to bring Nextel Communications to market in the Mid Atlantic where he held several Management and Director level positions. In addition, he was instrumental in building their government accounts program strategy. He has 7 years of wireless in-building DAS experience from a carrier, and manufacturer perspective, with emphasis in government, hospitality and health care. Ray attended University of Maryland with a major in Business Administration and a Minor in Accounting. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for MedEX/EMR and has successfully managed several business start ups in his career.
Peter Murray, Wireless Product Lead, Henkels & McCoy
Peter Murray is responsible nationally for the In Building Wireless Infrastructure Engineering and Business Development Team at Henkels and McCoy Networks. He has 25 years of experience building high capacity networks. He spent 8 years in National Accounts at MCI and then was the original General Manager of Winstar Wireless and wrote and executed the market entry plan. Peter also led the construction and market entry for the Fiber CLEC partnership between PECO and Telcove that was sold to Level 3. He has an undergraduate degree from Rutgers College and a MBA from Fordham University. He has also been an adjunct Professor at Temple University’s Fox Business School and at the Philadelphia Community College.
George Horesta George Horesta, Vice President and Principal, In-Building-Wireless
George Horesta is Vice President and Principal at In-Building-Wireless. He has been a pioneer in the in-building industry, founding In-Building-Wireless in 1999 and turning it into a multi-million dollar enterprise and doubling revenue for 6 straight years. Since founding In-Building-Wireless, Mr. Horesta has established key partnerships and supplier relationships with the 4 major U.S. wireless carriers and OEM equipment manufacturers allowing him to provide complex, end-to-end wireless solutions. He has over 20 years experience in product management and sales development in both telecommunication and construction projects. He has managed high-visibility, multi-year, multi-million dollar projects. Mr. Horesta’s areas of expertise include cutting edge technologies such as wireless voice & data applications, in-building systems, convergence, 2G, 3G, and 4G (WiMAX/LTE).
Harry Wolle Harry Wolle, Director of Business Development – DAS Solutions, American Tower
Harry Wolle is the Director of Business Development for American Tower’s DAS Solutions Team. Mr. Wolle brings over 14 years of RF Engineering Design and Carrier Level Operations experience to the American Tower team. Mr. Wolle has managed RF System Deployments over a wide variety of airlink technologies both domestically and abroad. Prior to joining American Tower, Mr. Wolle managed the Traffic/Spectrum and In-Building Solutions Organizations for the Sprint Nextel’s Southeast Region, which consisted of over 350 systems. Mr. Wolle brings a wealth of RF Engineering and Operations experience to American Tower’s DAS organization.
George Wu, Director of Business Development, WiMAX Forum
George Wu is currently the Director of Business Development for the WiMAX Forum, an industry-led, non-profit organization formed to advance the proliferation of the 4th generation broadband wireless ecosystem worldwide. Prior to joining the WiMAX Forum, he held numerous strategic and product marketing director-level positions at Fujitsu Semiconductor Division in the Bay Area, CA with direct product and P&L responsibilities in ASIC and ASSP products covering a wide range of vertical applications. He has been in the semiconductor industry for over 20 years. George received his MBA in International Business from National University and EE and Management Science degrees from UC, San Diego.
