AsiaInfo-Linkage (Nasdaq: ASIA), a provider of telecommunications software solutions and related services, said it has signed an agreement to provide convergent billing and customer relationship management software to Nepal Doorsanchar. NDCL, or Nepal Telecom, is the state-owned telecommunications operator in Nepal and has about 6 million mobile subscribers.
