DRESDEN, Germany-Radioplan GmbH, which supplies automatic UMTS radio network optimization tools, said it plans to relocate its headquarters to larger offices in Dresden, Germany, to accommodate a staff that has more than doubled within the past year.
The company also announced it has upgraded its WiNeS automatic RF optimization software to version 3.2. The new version includes neighbor list optimization, support for more network planning tools and new workflow wizards.
