VANCOUVER, British Columbia-International Sales Information Systems Inc. announced it will acquire wireless software firm Versatile Systems Inc. for $11.2 million of combined cash and stock.
Versatile strategic partners include AT&T Wireless IP Services, Symbol Technologies, Sierra Wireless and Novatel Wireless. Versatile also is a member of the Bluetooth consortium.
