The report noted that mobile browsing performed on Apple devices accounted for 62.72 percent of Web traffic in the U.S., 65.26 percent in the U.K and 73 percent in Canada.

However, on a global scale, Android was the top operating system for Web browsing in 67 of the 101 countries considered by dotMobi in the study. On the other hand, Apple was the most used system in 34 nations. Android came out on top in areas like Germany, Austria, Hungary and Switzerland, as well as countries in Southern and Eastern Europe.
