Video: NetCracker launches new platform

NetCracker Technology launched a new platform for service providers this week, designed to help them increase profitability while driving down the costs of transactions and customer interactions.

The Digital Business Platform addresses four key areas, according to NetCracker: customer management, including customer information, self-service, orders, billing and problem management; partner and channel management; content and service management for service fulfillment and assurance; and transaction management, to support new transaction models as well as lower costs per transaction across devices and channels.

For more on the platform, as well as the industry trends driving the introduction of the new solution, RCR spoke with Sanjay Mewada, Vice President of Strategy at NetCracker, at the TM Forum Digital Disruption event this week in San Jose.
