It's Jimi, not Jimmy. "Well, the night WiMax was born,Lord I swear the moon turned a fire red.”Tah dun tah dun...Duane Allman, “Hey…who’s this WiMax cat?Stevie Ray Vaughn, “WiMax was born under a bad sign.”Jimi, “WiMax is as high as a kite. Snorting too much of that 802.16 E.”Duane Allman, “You mean he’s like in a purple haze?”Jimi, “Yeah…that’s right on man.”Stevie Ray, “You all think our fans miss us.”Jimi, “You know they do. Let’s jam in the key of WiMax D…and a 1, 2, 3, 4.”

All I have heard is talk about devices that don't exist. Or, they exist in a vacuum. Such as Wi-fi type radio applications. Clear has a year to build out a nationwide Wi-Max Network. After that Verizon, at&t etc. will kill Clear off. Clear's lack of network continuity will be an issue for a long time as well. In this business enviornment I don't know if the investing companies will have the capital to spend on this type of a buildout. I'm not sure which consumer group or industry wants to pay money for systems that operate like a hotspot in the interim period.

After the way ClearWire raped the Xohm employees I would never buy their service.
