Anatel validates spectrum tender: LTE commercialization to begin. Nextel expected to launch 3G network in Brazil by December. Foxconn announcement of U.S.$ 500 million in a new industry plant; and Brazilian government release of new taxes incentives.

These were big themes discussed during this week’s RCR Wireless Latin America Wrap-up, a debate with an expert about what the main ICT topics from this week were.
