Under the deal, HP will upgrade Sabre’s core mainframe platform and migrate the majority of Sabre’s data center network and storage to HP Hardware Solutions, including HP 3PAR and HP networking. The agreement also includes services for the company’s LAN/WAN environment and for Sabre’s desktop and notebook PCs, handheld devices, printers, and servers.

HP will continue to provide core infrastructure services, including the hosting of Sabre’s customer-facing systems and support of its end-user environments including network, print, and desktop technologies.
