The wireless retail space has witnessed an ever-changing dynamic of importance to mobile carriers that have at times placed strong responsibility for independent retailers to offer their wares to consumers, while at other times have shifted their retail focus more towards carrier-owned outlets and big-box retailers.

RCR Wireless News Editor-in-Chief Dan Meyer spoke with Mike Mohr, president of wireless retailer and master agent Celluphone, to get his perspective on current challenges facing independent wireless retailers.
