RCR Wireless News kicks off conference series on coverage vs. capacity

RCR Wireless News is kicking off a series full-day conferences on “Coverage versus Capacity,” starting next week in Chicago at 4G World. The conferences are full-day events followed by networking receptions.
Attendees will be able to learn from top industry analysts and leaders about how carriers, vendors and enterprise customers are addressing network and subscriber management issues caused by the explosive growth of smart devices and the rise of 4G mobile broadband networks.
The Chicago event will take place at the RCR Wireless News Buzz Zone on the exhibition floor Oct. 19-21. Passes to this event are free. The Illinois State Wireless Association, 4G Americas and the CDMA Development Group are sponsoring the series.
Following that event, the conference series will move to Parsipanny, N.J., on Nov. 4, and Dallas on Nov. 9.
Meet with industry executives locally to learn about the complexities of managing subscriber Quality of Service via network coverage and capacity in the face of explosive smart device and data growth. Enjoy the convenience and intimacy of having industry leaders come to your home town versus traveling to national or international events and competing with thousands for the opportunity to meet with and discuss real issues with real people solving real subscriber and network problems.
Keynote speakers include Iain Gillott, president of IGR, and Michael Thelander, president of Signals Research, as well as representatives from the companies installing 4G networks, including Anritsu, BelAir Networks, Crown Castle International Corp., Ericsson and Seven Networks. Wireless operators also have been invited to speak at the event.
