CRM company launches Nice Office

NEW ORLEANS-Customer relationship management provider eAgency Systems is targeting small and mid-sized offices this week with the launch of Nice Office.

The new offering from the Newport Beach, Calif.-based company is supported by RIM’s BlackBerry, and features over-the-air wireless synchronization of sales and customer data as well as e-mail, calendar and contact information. The CRM application will debut through Verizon Wireless, Nextel Communications Inc., T-Mobile USA Inc., Cingular Wireless L.L.C. and Sprint PCS.

“This interaction with critical business data in real-time translates to improved productivity, measurable ROI, increased revenue and reduced expenses,” said Chuck Cronin, eAgency’s chief marketing officer.

eAgency also plans to announce an agreement to distribute Nice Office to more than 6,000 independent agencies of Fiserv FSC Partners, an insurance industry agency.
